Tom Kha Gai

Tom Kha Gai is a fragrant soup in which chicken (gai) is cooked (tom) in coconut milk drawn with galangal (kha), lemongrass and lime leaf and seasoned with fish sauce and lime juice. The result is fresh and creamy at the same time.
